Will redeeming rewards with Mighty Coins affect my VIP rank?
No, it won’t! Using Mighty Coins to redeem rewards will not affect your progress in your VIP rank. Redeem away!
Will my VIP rank expire or reset?
Yes. Once determined, your VIP rank remains valid through the end of the next year and then resets to reflect your past year’s spend.
For example: Jack reaches Captain rank in August 2021, he will retain Captain rank through 2022. If his Mighty Coins earned in 2022 qualifies him for Navigator, his rank will reset to Navigator in 2023.
Will my earned Mighty Coins reset?
On 1 January of each year, the Mighty Coins earning cycle restarts, and your progress toward the next rank resets to 0%.
When and how can I use my Birthday Multiplier?
Your Birthday Multiplier applies automatically to your first purchase within your birthday month. Subscribe to our newsletters at least 30 days before your birthday month to receive a notification when the month starts. Enter your birthday now!
Can I transfer Mighty Coins between accounts that I own?
Your Mighty Coins are not transferable. We recommend that you always use the same account to accumulate your Mighty Coins and reap bigger rewards!
