Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
- Before shipment: Address changes may be requested if the order has not yet shipped. Please provide your order number and the updated address.
- After shipment: Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has left our facility. You may contact the courier directly to request a redirection, though availability depends on the courier and any associated fees will be at your expense.
